Purchased a blackberry phone on 9/18/09 and returned the phone the following day. I was told I would receive refund 3 to 5 business days..To date I have yet to receive 160.49. Everytime I call someone will call me back and I am just getting the run around.
Customer Service is terrible and they openly show there lack of concern and care for there customers.
I am not planning on paying verizon anymore money which will eventually damage my credit.
I would like to expose the company for holding on to money that is not there. There phone was returned and my money was not.
