THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

They collect money from people who are having trouble making their mortgage payments, and in some cases are about to lose their homes, and then they don't do nothing for them.They charged me $4500.00 and told me they could get my interest rate down to 4.25 % and it would be that rate for thirty years. That was back at the end of 2008. I'm still waiting, and anytime I call the answer is always " It just takes a long time to get a loan modification". I have friends who had another company get them loan modifications, and they said it took about two months from start to finish. I wish I had talked to them before I paid these SCAM ARTISTS.
I refered some of my friends to this company, some were charged more than I was, and some were charged less, but none of them have got their loans modified either. I have lost a few of those friends becase of this.

DON'T LET YOURSELF GET CHEATED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If you know anyone who has been cheated by this company, tell them to go here and file a complaint. That's what I have done with the few friend that I recommended to this company, I mean the wons that will still talk to me. I don't know if they will. but here I am warning you.
