Rude Sales Rep - Valarie
I made a payment for phone service online. I printed a confirmation page with the confirmation number. The online Myverizon.com did not show this payment. I called to find out what was going on. The sales rep was very rude. Valarie kept asking me the same questions. I told her I had answered what I could, but she insisted she needed more information. After 5 minutes, I requested another sales rep. She got real mad and said she was only trying to help me. The she went silent for about 1 minutes, until I asked if she was still on the line. She said she was waiting for me to answer her questions. I said to her, "what questions?" She replied, "I already asked you, just answer me". When she finally transfered me, it took her about another 90 seconds, and then I was talking to a rep that handled Virginia and Maryland, and I am in New Jersey. That women could not transfer me back to a NJ rep, so I had to hang up and call back, Which took another 4 minutes on hold. I still did not get an answer to my question about the missing payment. I was only told that it might show up on my next bill. The world is full of lazy idiots.
