Verizon- Outlook Express Outgoing email is not working. It keeps on giving a message, login your username and password but it does not accept the correct username & password. So yesterday, we called and were on long hold. We were given temp password. We restarted modem per instructions but that password also did not work. We have been unable to send email. We also tried Verizon support email check up. It gave us the message, “email is configured.” But it did not work. We tried but it did not work. I called again today and they prompted me to Menu options but did talk or solved the problem. It is a waste of time and we pay for this service on a monthly basis. E do not call them often so their time should not be a problem but I do not have so much time, wasted two days but the problem is unresolved and do not know how and when it will be resolved. Poor customer service.
