I have Verizon DSL email with Yahoo for long time. Last Tuesday (7/15/2009) I call Verizon dsl tech support to help install the Verizon DSL Windows live. Before the installation, I ask if there is any impact on my existing service (for instance emai). There is no warning from the support people even I ask. After the tech support help me install the Verizon windows live, all my email is gone. I call back for help and talk to support manager. The answer is no. I beg them to backup my email.
Is any one know if I can have my Verizon dsl/yahoo email back?
