I purchased two thunderbolt phones at 300 dollars a pc. The phone has not worked correctly since I have been back to the store of purchase 5 times yes that's right "5" times. They give me some bullshit reason why its not working, like a background wallpaper etc. Really, if that's a problem why are these phones on the market? I have a business to run and since April 8, 2011 when I got this phone I have missed countless emails and phone calls. The last time I called tech support the person at the store literally laughed at me, I was pissed I've been a customer of VZW for many year, and this is how I'm treated with a legitimate compliant. I have wrote a letter to the local new to see if this will open someone's ears.. I hope that other customers that are having this same problem see this and voice there opinions on this matter. Worlds largest, and most reliable network my ass. So I'm stuck with 600 dollars of paper weights. This is not good support, and putting this mildly I can asure they have terrible customer service and support. The salesman at the store was more interested in my wife than my purchase of a phone h sent me home with a phone that the sim card haddent even been programmed. I could continue but I feel I've said enough. Thanks for you open hears I hope someone hears my concern.
