I received a collections notice from Afni., I immeditely called the agency and was told I had to make a phone appointment over the internet. I had to go to afriend's house to do this...because there was noone to answer Afni's telephone calls. I called Verizon, Daly City, asking them if I still owed money.. I thought I didn't). they verified that I did not. Now I just tried to go on the website to mae an appointment and have no idea how to get a hold of someone. THis is already too much work for a bill I do not owe. And the threat is that they are sending this to the Credit Bureau... Help. My e-mail is: [email protected]
