The renewal of my Norton anti virus in the amount of $49.24 was charged to my Visa on Sept. 15, 2008.
My computor is advising me L have virus, how come yor services are not correcting my problems. All the system is saying is they want me to renew my AntiSpware XP2009.
Please look into and advise.
