I bought a Roland VersaCamm VP-300 on March 4th 2008. It came with a two year warranty, & I have experienced a few problems that Roland would take care of (The top caps keep drying out, and I have to replace them every other time I print). Well three months ago my printer stopped printing red and yellow as it has continuously had problems doing this in the past). I contacted Roland and explained to them my warranty was running up in a few months (it expires next week) and I never heard back from them. I feel as if they are waiting for my warranty to run up before I finally do hear back from them. My machine has been not been able to print for months, and they have records of this problem with my machine in the past (I was sold a lemon, I never got to use the machine long enough without major issues). I have lost a lot of money and will never buy from Roland again, other graphic designers in town are just as shocked as I am when I told them about my experience with Roland. I guess I should have bought an HP wide format printer, I would have gotten my money's worth. Now I can't even sell or trade the machine, do to it not printing! I STILL HAVE A WARRANTY, I WANT MY MACHINE FIXED!
