I went in to have my roots done by the owner Elisabeth. I told her I wanted my roots to match my blonde hair and to please not make them white. She put bleach on, went to work on someone else. After some time I got out of my chair, went to her and said my scalp was burning and it hurt and I needed to have the bleach removed. She had my hair washed and when I looked in the mirror I was horrified. My roots were pure white. I started to cry and said I had told her I did not want my roots to be white. She said the roots would match the rest of the hair when it was dry. It did not and she said she would put a toner on and my hair turned a rose blonde and the roots remained white. I said it looks worse and she said it will match when my hair is dry. I said how? I left crying, got home and checked in the mirror. My scalp and the area around my temples was red like a bad sunburn. I had a couple of bald spots and blisters. I could hardly sleep because I was in so much pain. The next day I had scabs and my scalp was still sore and red. I went to another stylist who does color corrections and said there was nothing I could do. He said my roots are too white and color will not take. He said I have to wait until my hair grows out. He asked who did it and he said I needed to go back and ask for my money back. I said she said my hair will match when it is dry, that it blended and looked good and I argued with her that it was not close to matching. He said it is very obvious that the roots don't match. He again said I needed to go back and get my money back and that my hair looks cheap. I have never had anyone make such a bad mess of my hair and she is the owner! My hair looked natural and classy before, now it looks cheap and trashy.
