They underbid to get clients and stick them with unexpected fees, expenses, and invoices that are significantly higher than what was originally quoted. Once they bait you into ponying up more money, they'll make some deposits to make you believe that all of the vendors and services for your event have been secured, but you will later discover as we did and many others that when it's time for them to pay the vendors [venue, valet, florist, entertainment, caterer, etc...] in full that they will bail out and run away with all your money.
