Pfizer does not sell to this company
I ordered Revolution for my dog, and was suspicious upon receiving the product so contacted Pfizer Australia (the manufacturer of the product) to confirm that the product was in fact sold by them to vetshoponline. Not only did Pfizer Australia confirm that they do not supply this product to vetshoponline, but they also confirmed that the batch number listed on the package was for a different dosage than what I received & was marked on the package - this product was not produced by Pfizer. When I emailed vetshoponline about this, they claimed it was a real product obtained directly from Pfizer and I could pay for shipping back to Australia if I wanted a refund. Given their track record of selling fake product, I will now have to send this product back via courier to confirm delivery, which is very expensive, and the company will of course not pay to return it as it is worthless. Buyer beware - this product is FAKE - Pfizer does not sell to this company!

Sells EXPIRED Heartgard
The company sold me 24 months of heartgard pills with only a few months left before they expired ... and they admitted they KNEW this fact. They also REFUSED to ship me replacement USABLE-SAFE medication for my dog and i ended up having to waste a lot of time disputing my credit card ... i wish i had PAID FULL PRICE at petsmart instead of wasting all that time. BUT you need to be aware of this BECAUSE they may ship old meds out to someone besides me and MOST PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN CHECK THE EXPIRE DATE ... DO YOU GUESS THEY KNOW THaT FACT also ... and that is why they do it to start with?? I cant read their mind so you be the judge of that ... WHAT I DO KNOW FOR FACT is that EXPIRED heartwork pills PROBABLY WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR DOG ... and any MORON VET would KNOW THAT FACT ... so, selling OLD heartguard pills is NO LESS THAN ATTEMPTED PET MURDER ... for a FEW MEASLY BUCKS!!! That is REALLY SICK ... too bad this company is not in the USA so something could be done to put them out of their misery.

Defective & illegal product
Vendor is located in Austraila and filled order #861739 for Advantage for Dogs on 4/14/09. The product made both of my dogs sick and when we checks with Bayer who manufacturers the product, we were told that this product is not licenses to be shipped to the USA. Vetshoppe said that they would refund money on the product if we paid for return shipping which costs over $24 to ship to Austraila with a delvery confirmation. We tried to get Vetshoponline to pay for the postage and they refuse.
ANY HELP YOU CAN RENDER WILL BE APPRECIATED. WE DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR.

Bad service
I purchased Frontline Plus from Vetshoponline and was shocked to see that the product was Australian since they do not disclose that information on their site. I used it on my two dogs and the became infested with fleas for the first time in over 10 yrs. I've previously used Frontline and it has worked in the past.
I called the Merial USA division and found out that the product that I bought from Vetshoponline is not EPA approved and not to be sold in the USA. They were kind enough to offer to replace my product with the US product.
According to Vetshoponline, all Frontline is made in France and is all the same... right. They really need to disclose where there products are from so that the consumer can make an educated decision.
Buyer beware!

Never received order of pet meds!
I live in Texas and placed an order for a years supply of Revolution with VetShopOnline.com, not realizing that it was out of the U.S., as the hours of phone contact were listed as U.S. PST. That order was placed March 10th. I received a confirmation email learning then that it was an Austrailian company and my account was deducted the full payment on that date. It is now April 10th and I still have not received my order.
According to the website and my confirmation email, the order was shipped and should have arrived in 7 to 10 days. I have previously contacted the company twice, once by email and once by phone last week, getting a run around, saying that 'customs' must have tied up the shipment and that if that was the case I should have it any day. NO MENTION OF POSSIBLE 'CUSTOMS' PROBLEMS were ever mentioned previously.
I have waited another week, and contacted them by phone again. They are 'checking into it and will contact me by phone or email by tomorrow morning' to 'let me know'. I do not find this company to be viable or reliable, and at this point this company appears to be fraudulent and a scam. They supposedly 'guarantee' the product and delivery, but I fear at this point I'm simply out over a hundred dollars for an order I will never receive.
If I ever receive the product, I will repost saying so. Otherwise, internet buyer - BEWARE!
