No Goods, No Refund
I ordered and paid for a Waterford Christmas ornament 2 years ago. This company strung me along and strung me along and I finally had to order it somewhere else to get it. They kept putting my order in a processed status, but nothing was happening.
I still have not gotten my money back. If you see anything being sold by this company find it somewhere else.
This is probably too late to have anything done, since I can no longer get to a website for Via Cristalina .

Rip-Off
Ordered flatware in 2008. Received notice that goods would arrive in @ 3 weeks. After 2 months sent enquiry. Reply: delay but goods will be shipped. Never received items. Sent e-mail query and received 'undeliverable' e-address. Do not order high-end, designer stuff. They probably only can deliver on standard stock, which you can find at Macy's, Target, etc. Never sent reimbursement. No goods, no $$$. Buyer beware.

The product never actually comes
Via Cristilina can do nothing to improve they are 100% fraudulent and should be shut down. I have reported them to the BBB and hope that no one else is taken by their slightly cheaper prices. It's a smart draw to entice those looking for a sale but after:
-6 months of "your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks",
-Removing their contact information from their corporate site,
-Only responding to email twice in half a year,
-And, never letting us know that there would be a delay on the items we selected
it is quite clear that whatever they are offering is not worth it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE- THE SAVINGS IS JUST A WAY FOR YOU TO ENTER YOU CC INFORMATION. THE PRODUCT NEVER ACTUALLY COMES.

Stay away
Yep, should have read this site first. Ordered on 12-4 got email saying they were processing and then nothing. Emailed them on 12-10 for status of order heard nothing. 2 days later ordered from another company. Received the items from second order in 4 days. On 12-18 finally get response from these jokers stating order has been completed and will be shipped on the 19. Package arrives on the 20th. I try to call them on the Saturday( before Xmas and they aren't open and have no 1800 number) left a message asking for an AR # sent email same day asking for it. Never heard from them yet, I have to get this within 5 days of receiving item. Called today and answering machine is full. Sent a terse email and called again. Finally go thru to someone who after I told them I needed an AR # suddenly go very slow in the process. Good thing I called from my cell as she put me on hold for 5 minutes after she was just about to give me the info I needed.
So NO WAY would I recommend them to my worst enemy much less a friend. I will however be turning them over to the BBB of both FLA and MD. The want to charge me a restocking fee because they can't communicate!!!

Made me terribly mad
I ordered a ring holder for my newly engaged sister-in-law on 11/30/08 thinking that would be plenty of time. It is now 12/21, we still haven't received it and there is no way we will be able to get it to her in time for Christmas. I should have checked with them sooner, but with the holidays just forgot. I realize now I never even received a confirmation email. However, my credit card was charged immediately. How convenient. I suppose I should have checked them out prior to purchasing. i am fuming mad.

Liars
Sorry to anyone who likes this place. They flat out lied about shipping my order. They told me that it had been shipped (after days of multiple emails and phone calls that they would not answer), then 2 hours later they sent an email saying that they did not have the product, had not had it in their warehouse, and did not expect to get any to ship within the next 3 weeks. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. After a full week, I am still waiting for the refund to my credit card.

Non existent return policy
The return policy is almost non-existent. They never answer there phone or return calls. Still waiting to get resolvement for several things that were delivered broken.

Placed order in January - received only half of order. Although credit card was charged in full I still have received no answer and no product. I've been had.
