This business offers freight forwarding services, so if you buy
something off a US website which will only ship to a US address, they
receive it and will forward to your address outside of US, which is
where I am.
I have received a shipment on 25 Nov, which is a camera I bought on
amazon for my son as a christmas present. Today, on 17 Dec, it has not
been sent out by the company despite the fact that I have approved all
shipping charged back on 25 Nov. I have contacted tehir customer
service on multiple occasions and they cannot eventell me when they
will send it. Today I tried calling them to find that the phon number
listed on their website gets an autoresponder saying this number could
not be reached. I have had e-mails from them saing the delay is due to
first THanksgiving 4 da w/end, then upgrade to their website, then
move to a new warehouse and now they are not responding at all.
