hello (excuse for my bad english i am french)

After having seen elogious report son viaddress, I decided to use them to ship goods to france.
I recently become member on viaddress.com(A924743), and i try to use it services, i ship some product from usa into my suite, arrive at 18th november, appear on my dashboard (account manager) at 23 november, and i pay (with paypal the same day accepted transaction) for the shipping cost THE SAME DAY. since 23 november the shipping is still "processing" .For couple of days there is no response... to my email
very disapointed with viadress...
