This is a company that has a contract or fulfills the contracts with ICI sucess or fortune learning systems. They have very little support systems as if your web sight goes down on the weekend you cannot contact them. Their tech support works a 9-5 monday through Friday.Watch out you may be double billed in one month. Their coaching is greatly outdated. Also it is very general and not specific to what ever nich you decide to go with. They want you to pay extra for the coaching that would be benificial to the site that you develop. They do not tell you about the SEO until you have spent money for listing your site with google. Well if you do not have an SEO the listing with google or yahoo will do you no good. After complaining with the better business bureau I did recieve a refund for a so called video commercial to enhance my site, that I paid $2500 for and did not get after 3 months. I talked to or was pushed around for "coaching" or sales representatives about 10 different people. I found out a couple times that previous people had been "let go" for one reason or another. Then after complaining again I was passed back to The Fortune learning systems, who sold me this "package". you can read my comments on them in another post.
