the free trial vibrant smile kit for £1.95 p&p is a scam, when you order you are put on a subscription and charged monthly, i was charged £78.38, £56.51 and £56.51 again.
the number to call from England to get it cancelled is 02031399027 and also ask for a refund. i have just done this and have to wait 3 working days to be notified if i will get a refund or not.

I am sitting here with a heartbroken lady whose bank account was completely wiped out by these unethical devils! She discovered through the bank on 1-19-10 that the charge would be going through, taking all her money and causing several overdraft fees. I had to investigate for her because for her because she is an older lady who has been taken advantage of! She didn't know how to find the information on her computer or at the bank... she is just a little old lady who wanted to try a tooth whitening kit for a low price to see if she wanted to buy it again. That's it. She swears they didn't reveal the "membership fee" to her - and what kind of company charges a fee like that before the product has even had a chance to arrive?!

The email that they sent gives the phone number 866-989-2686 so that is where we turned for help. We called today 1-20-10 and spoke to a woman who was initially polite, but once she found the order in the computer system, she became super nasty with us and even taunted us! She said, very rudely, that the fee of $126.42 is NON-REFUNDABLE and even refused to let us speak to a supervisor! She also HUNG UP on me! We are going to see if we can do a chargeback through the bank... the lady on the phone actually laughed at us and wished us luck with that before she hung up. And since when are they allowed to yell at customers, laugh at people, taunt people and refuse to let them speak to a supervisor... and most of all, to hang up?!

What kind of company does this?! Perhaps their product speaks for itself... but they're going to develop a giant reputation as a scam company and a fraud risk, which will tarnish any reputation their product may have.

I am initiating this complaint and we are going to work with the bank to see if there can be a chargeback on the Visa debit card that was used. PLEASE help with any resolution that may be successful for another victim... because that is what "customers" wanting whiter teeth become when they attempt to try this company's products - VICTIMS. Vibrant Smile Kit is a fraud, a scam, and they are bilking poor old ladies out of their tiny incomes!
