As soon as I registered, for my "Free Trial" for this product, I logged in and looked at the terms and conditions. It said I had 35 days to cancel before the $126 would be charged. 3 days later, the charge appeared. I called and they said my contract says 3 days, I said no it didn't, and they said they could cahnge the terms at anytime. I immediately called my credit card company, disputed the charge and canceled my creidt card. I am also in the process of writting a letter, as I got thier fax number - 405-621-6384. I am an attorney and am considering a class action lawsuit against them, as I have seen numerous similar complaints.

The "Free Trial" offered by Vibrant Smile is a SCAM!!! From our research and reading other complaints, this company is or has done business under several different names including Premium White, Everbright Smiles, Celebrity White, etc. We signed up for a free trial for a $1.95 charge for S&H. Our credit card was immediately charged $126 for an annual membership. We discovered the website had a contract which stated we could cancel within 5 days, which we did. However, the customer service representative told us the terms of the contract had changed without notice and was now only 2 days. She could not expain why the contract on the web site stated 5 days - which she reviewed at our request. Talking to her supervisor was of no use and he hung up on us. We are in process of having our credit card company reverse the charges. Colesdale, LTD is a british company and we could not find any phone number to contact them.
