The stuff works okay, considering it's mostly peroxide and glycerine. The concentration of peroxide (22%) is much higher than you can get in a bottle at the drug store (3%) but I'll bet you could mix those two yourself and possibly do as well. The problem I encountered was with the company's unconscionable practice of assuming you want them to send you three tubes of the crap every three months automatically. I NEVER opted for that and TWICE they did this, despite my having called and instructed them not to. After the second time, I called and threatened legal action (not that I knew what that would entail, but just as a threat) and finally they quit sending me the stuff. Since it does work to a satisfactory extent, I kept the six tubes because I knew what sending them back would entail, and that I likely would not receive any refund/credit and then be left with no product, either, but I'm certainly not buying any more of it. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a trial sample of Vibrant White tooth whitening on August 1st. for $ 3.99 received it and received 2 additional orders without my request. Yesterday September 14th. I got my Captial one credit card statement and was charged $ 3.99, $ 1.00 and $ 88.97. This is not acceptable!! I want the charges removed from my credit card immediately and DO NOT SEND anymore product. I haven't even tried the product so I am not sure if it works or not BUT there is NO WAY I am going to pay the additional charges.

Vibrant White charged my 17 yr old's account $87 + 58 + 7 ++++... They deny that he cancelled with them and refuse to refund anything. Vibrant White has 2 companies that both charge your account. When you question them about a charge, they say that it's not their company. I my opinion, Vibrant White is a scam.

I stumbled across your website a few weeks ago looking for a way to whiten my teeth. Your company was offering a sample for $.97 plus $1.00 for shipping. I thought this was a great way to try out the Vibrant White and see if I liked it before I bought the whole product. I've tried the product and like it, but I will not buy your product ever again. I say this because I ordered the sample, and only the sample, yet today I notice that I am charged $88.97 from your company for something that I never signed up to receive. I don't know what you think you're trying to do, but coning your customers isn't a great way to run a business.
Before I noticed the withdrawal I was thinking of ordering your product, but now that you've already taken things into your own hands I would like a full refund of the amount ($88.97) taken from my account without my consent. I will not pay something that I did not knowingly sign up for.
Do not deal with this company. They will charge you without your consent.

You charged me an additional $1.00 for shipping and handling, that Vibrant White did not state they would charge, causing my bank account to go into a negative, and then the bank charged me $35.00 because of that. I want to cancell the monthly plan and to return the free trial period offer. I do not want to continue receiving the Vibrant White product. I don't even know if this is the right venue or place to complain. Please get back to me if this is. thanks
