I sent for the trial of Vibrant whitening, I received the sample & and decided I did not like it. I called & canceled the Membership after I had a charge on my credit card which was $88. She said she would cancel, but the shipment had already been sent out. She said when I received the shipment there would be information on how to return & for refund.

I received the package but no information on refund. So I called the company and He said I had e-mail you to get information on refund. I am on disability & sure cannot afford this debit.

Please advise me as how to return package to get my refund, otherwise I will have to turn it over to my card company. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get refund.

They sent me a 15 day free trial for this product. I never gave them permission to send anymore product . For months now they have withdrawn $29.95 from my checking account and in some of those months they deducted this amount twice on the same day causing my account to become overdrawn that cost me $30.00 nsf fee.

Received product on 8/27/09 and returned on 9/1/09, Tracking # 039-1140-0002-0944-4594. Called Customer Service on 8/28/09 and requested cancellation of all memberships and future shipments and was told it was cancelled as of this date. Received a charge on my credit card on 9/9/09 for another shipment, so I called again and spoke with Marc James and he assured me that my account was again closed. I have contacted the Credit Card company and disputed the charges. DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOU OR ANY AFFILIATES THAT YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH!

Unfortunately I was taken in by this scam too. I found the trial sign-up info through an article about one woman's way of trying to save some money. The article looked legitimate. I had not clicked on any ad links to find it and it was on CNN's site. Very sneaky! The article explained that if you use DazzleWhite and Vibrant Whitening one after the other, you could lighten your teeth better than just using one brand. She also provided the codes to lower the shipping and handling costs.

Like a fool, I didn't read the extra fine print that stated I had to cancel within 15 days to not be charged. I was hit with an $88.97 charge and received more Vibrant Whitening applications. I contacted Vibrant via email at [email protected]. I received a response telling me that I would have received a refund if I had canceled within 15 days of receiving the trial. I did some digging and found out that I could get a refund if I was unsatisfied with the product. Here is what it says on the website:

We have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all shipments.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused
portion 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped
to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a
FULL refund, your return must be postmarked 15 days from the date that

To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to
obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting
the billing department at [email protected].

I emailed this to them and they promptly sent me an RMA number and received a refund within 10 days of them receiving the unused products.

I am glad that I was able to get my money back and I hope this information helps others.

I may have been charged for access to some website when I ordered known as AxisWellnessPortal.com. I have no idea what it is and I was never sent any information about it. I am looking into it now.

This company is horrible!

I ordered the free trial of Vibrant Whitening and thought I was only paying for the shipping-I did check the I accept box but I thought I was authorizing them to take out shipping fees-My bank account was charged 89.00 plus they gave my information to another company who charged me 6.95 for there services. i called vibrant Whitening and they refused to give me a refund. I am putting this information on facebook, twitter and I work in a larger doctors office and i am informing every patient, doctors and staff of this scam. I will not stop until I am issued a refund.
