Vibrant Whitening had this info at the VERY bottom of their website, usually where you can contact them, terms and conditions, etc. I NEVER have looked at those before but I SURE will now!! I did the same thing as all of you. Here's the deal. You need to email: [email protected] DO NOT punch this in as a website...compose an email to them at the website:[email protected]. Hopefully, withing 2 to 3 business days you should receive, through email, an RMA number( return number) and directions on how to return your product and get your $$$ back. You will have to go through hoops, like asking for insurance, etc., to get it back to company. Good luck all, and as I will do from now on, read the bottom of the websites for any b.s. that they don't want you to see upfront. Don't let them win...get your $$$ back!!!

I ordered a sample of product for $1.00..later to find they had charged my credit card $88.97 for additional shippment. My credit card company flagged it and called me to get an authorization. I had not. I cancelled over the phone, but the return has to be done on line...I think that they make it difficult and people won't bother and they end up making $88.97 on all of the advertised $1.00 product. I will dispute this. I think that it is a terrible way to conduct business(for the consumer) Lois Wasson

WELL, WELL, WELL... THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE CONFRONTED BY THIS SCAM!! WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT HORROR OF A CHARGE OF $88.97 TO MY CARD, I WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK! NEVER TRY THIS TRIAL OFFERS OUT OF FEAR OF JUST SUCH A SCAM, AND THIS ONE IS A HORROR! IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE NUMBER ENCLOSED WITH THE TRIAL SIZE, WAS GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER, AND THEN TOLD TO E-MAIL.

IMMEDIATELY BEGAN THE E-MAIL PROCESS WITH MORE HORROR! WAS ALSO TOLD THAT IS WHAT I HAD AGREED TO ETC. NOT SO, BUT I CONTINUED THE E-MAIL PROCESS. THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED BY PRIORITY MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND E-MAILED THAT I DO EXPECT THE UNLAWFUL CHARGES TO BE REMOVED
UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEMS. INCLUDED THE TRIAL ITEMS AS THEY HAD NEVER BEEN USED AS WELL.

IN THE EXCHANGE OF E-MAILS, THERE WAS A SUBTLE THREAT, AFTER I EXPRESSED MY HORROR OVER THIS CHARGE EXPLAINING THAT AS A SENIOR ON A FIXED, LIMITED INCOME, I WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED OR AGREED TO ANYTHING THAT WOULD PUT A CHARGE OF $88.97 ON MY CARD! I EXPRESSED MY HORROR OVER
THIS AND WOULD REPORT THE INCIDENT TO ANY CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY NECESSARY! THEIR RESPONSE WAS THEN, A SUBTLE BUT OBVIOUS THREAT!

HOPEFULLY, THIS KNOWLEDGE WILL PREVENT OTHERS FROM BECOMING SNARLED IN THIS SCAM! BEWARE CONSUMERS! BEWARE!

this product does not work. I used it and my teeth are the same. I want to return it, and I want all my money back.

I think I was dubbed on ordering this product then it was freee trial offer $1.00..Then someone called me on the phone and tryed to get me to get more, I said NO! Please take my name off the list, they said o.k. we will take care of it for you.
Then all of a sudden this charge appears on my debit card of either $89 or @99, can't remember exactly.
I would like to get my MONEY BACK! I have just retired 6 weeks ago and I have not received a penney yet, so I 'm financely having a hard time, why would I go and spend money so foolish as that, when I need to EAT!
