No way to cancel order on-line/enrolled into other program AFTER i said i did not want to be enrolled
When you call the number to cancel your order you are then directed by their operator to visit their web site to cancel.
When you get to the web site there is no where to cancel your order.
By this time you've gotten an auto shippment and been billed for 88.97 for tooth product and 9.99 to be enrolled into Axis Wellness Portal even after declining to be enrolled when they call you the next dat after odering the tooth whiteing product.

Lack of Knowledge of the fine print of follow-on shipments

I did not see or read any follow-on oders, especially at $ 88.97 each every month. I can't afford this and wish to return the two units. I received one yesterday and one today. I would appreciate my obligations be terminated, so I will not receive any more merchandise.
I opened the one yesterday, and i will keep it and pay for it, if you will send me an adress label to return the unopened pkg. and send me a release from any more responsibility to the company.

Credit Card Charge (scam)
DITTO the previous writer...
I asked for a sample for $1.00 to check out a teeth whitening product. This month I suddenly have an unexpected and unagreed to $88.97 charge and a $9.99 charge on my credit card. Called the company, Vibrant Whitening, (number was on my cc statement) and asked what it was. He said it was my "membership", which I agreed to in "fineprint". NOT TRUE... Asked for credit, he sent me to a web site, which I have not been able to log [email protected].
So I am submitting a complaint to my cc company.

Charges for Product not ordered
I ordered the sample size of Vibrant Whitening using the discount code, and paid with my debit card. Today, 8/14/09, I am being charged $88.97 to my debit account for something I did not order. Please reverse this charge as I did not order anything other than the sample size, and do not wish to order any additional products. I will be contacting my bank to follow up on the refunding of the money. I expect this charge to be reversed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Did not order product - only the sample
I ordered a sample of this whitening product and was then charged for the full product $88.97. Plus I received a charge from an Axis Wellness Pro in connection with ordering the sample product from Vibrant Whitening. The Axis Wellness Pro charge was for $9.99.
I have returned both sample products (both unused).
I want a full refund of the amounts taken from my credit card without my O.K.
I have since closed my charge account to keep any further charges from being drafted.

extra charge
On my checking account statement, there is a $9.99 charge for Axis Wellness Portal. I don't know what that is. I didn't order it. I would like my money refunded. Going to call the company on Monday.

Unexpected Card Charges
Thinking it was a great idea, I checked out an offer from someone I did not know that said there were 2 great ways to very cheaply get your teeth whitened. Both of the offers were trials. Dazzle White was $1.95 for their trial and VIBRANT WHITENEING was $1.00. These were the full size product without all the thrills and you just filled out the form & ordered it.
I received both products and have had no concerns with Dazzle White at all. However, Vibrant Whitening managed to trick me into charging my account almost $100.00!!! When I saw the charge on my account for $88.97, I was in shock! I called them immediately, not believing or understanding what this could possibly be.
The rather surly girl on the phone, Betty, assured me that I'd agreed to some 'trial' that would charge me monthly if I did not cancel it in 15 days and I asured her that I had never, in any way, ever agreed to such a trial. She said it was in the 'fine print' and that I had already passed up my 15 days to cancel and thus, I was now being billed.
I insisted she cancel it IMMEDIATELY and she started being rude to me. I told her I would not put up with her attitude and she informed me I had to EMAIL the company to get a refund. I asked her why she could not process the credit right now on the phone & this is when she became beligerent and said she was not the 'billing department' and when I called the company, it never said it/she was the billing dept., etc. Oh, ugly. So, I now have to write an EMAIL to the company & 'assume' they will credit my money & she (Betty) said they will credit my account w/in 24-48 hrs. We'll see.
That wasn't enough. There was a $9.99 charge on my account that I did not recognize either. Different company, different phone number. I called it & Betty answered again. Oh boy, here we go! This company is AXIS WELLNESS PORTAL & is evidently affiliated with VIBRANT WHITENEING. The story on this one is that I did not 'un-check' some tiny box & therefore, I agreed to this monthly charge. bs
I asked Betty to cancel the AXIS WELLNESS PORTAL monthly charge, whatever it was & I was very nice to her this time because I'd been very angry on the other call & have learned that staying calm in these situations serves me very well.
I'm a teacher. I DO read the fine print. I'm VERY careful on offers like this. So, I find it hard to believe that someone else has not run into this problem. Therefore, this letter.
Hope you have better eyesight, read more carefully, and watch even more closely than I do to things like this. Best of luck to you!
