I did not order any supply and want to get my refund for the amount of 88.97 that I was changed on 9/10/09. i am not satisfied with the product therefore i did not order but the FREE TRIAL. i have calle and spoke to a customer service person named Rigo today and was advised to summit this complain inorder to get my refund. like i mention i did not order any product. The FREE TRIAL. i did not get any bill i was just charged from my credit card and i feel that is a ripp off. i do understand that when u order items they have to get paid but not just charged to my account cause u have my number. i would greatly appreciate it if you could take care of this matter. this is a lesson to be learned never ever order over the internet. i sure is a ripp off. the product does not work at all. waiste of time and money even if it was just a trial it showed no difference what so ever.
