I ordered a three piece outfit from Old Pueblo Traders in November of 2010 using their sizing guide. The outfit arrived and was several inches larger than the guide stated it would be. I sent it back and reordered the outfit. After not hearing from them for a few weeks I called. I was told that the customer service department did not have access to return information. I reordered and the website claimed they had my outfit in stock. I got 2 pieces of the 3. They were still too big, but wearable. The third was on back order and would come by February 4th. It didn't. Then I found out the new date for delivery was in March. I will not be in the country in March. I canceled the order the order on February 16. Their website records that I have ordered 6 pieces, no returns listed nor order cancellations. I called their customer service department who has the facts correctly. Something tells me that Customer Service, the warehouse and the web manager never bother to communicate with one another. So I've learned that if I want an order processed correctly and if I return something and want it credited I need to deal with LL Bean.
