In aug of 2010 I purchased a nightgown from Victoria anne heirlooms at a craft show in Amherstburg, Ont, At that time I was told it would be made and sent to me. On Oct 16, 2010, I emailed the company(Carol Savage) to inquire about my purchase. I received an email back on the 17th of Oct expressing their concern and that it had been sent in Sept 2010 and she would see if she could find out what had happened to it.
On Oct 31st, 2010 I received an email from Carol stating that they could not find it and would makeseveral times since then and they would make another one and sent it on in about 2 weeks. I have emailed several times since then and she refuses toanswer, I have yet to receive my merchandise and have asked to get a refund but she no longer answers my emails.. this is very poor customer service and I had asked her to send it to me registered mail and I would pay all charges and still no answer.
