I'm a fan of VS products and I was eager to make a visit to its flagship store in Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. As soon as I entered the boutique, nobody greeted me and my husband. I wasn't the only customer in the store; there were two others at the counter. NOBODY attended to me, even after I went from display to display, and even after we (my husband and I) were the only ones in the shop. I spent almost FIFTEEN minutes, waiting for any one of them (there were THREE working on that night) to at least SMILE at me. I was totally disappointed with the lack of customer service, thus making me walk out of the store without purchasing anything. Is this what a high-end lingerie brand 'serves' its customers?? Moreover, it's situated at the latest attraction in Singapore, ie, Resorts World Sentosa and lastly, I'm not even a tourist!! If we as Singaporeans patronize this store and this was what we get, what would tourists even think?? I believe Victoria's Secret's staff can do way better than this. It totally brings down the reputation of VS.
