I HAd purchase an Videcon Split AC on 30.04.2007. As per the contract the company was to provde us 4 free services for the one year at free of cost.
But to my surprise not even a single service has been given after the same had been installed. I could not believe such a negliance for a electronic product by a company who claims to be multinational & deliveres the best of the services.
Such a service can cause an accident & life hazard for persons who has believed the commitment given by the company to its customers.
Pls do atleast do the needful
