Save your self time and money if your system breaks take it some place else or buy a new one. I took my ps3
To video game 911 when it stoped working because they said they could fix it in 1 day. A week went buy with me calling every day twice they told me that it would be done at the end of the day so twice I drove 15 miles to go pick it up to have it not ready to have them tell me it was unrepairable . They tryed selling me a used ps3 for $300 when a new one sells for $299 . I got them down to $270 and my old ps3 wich they would normaly buy off you for parts . I still over paid but if I didnt buy it from them I would owe them 20 for not fixing my ps3. When I brought the new one home their was no controller when I told them they said they took it out without telling me because they took that $30 off. One month later that ps3 stopped working.
