As advertised on TV, I call and ordered a free lesson and only to pay for shipping and handling. I was shipped three lessons with the small print stating that I have ten days to return lesson 2 and 3 to be returned with ten days or be charged for a full lesson. I received the lessons which did not work properly as the installation instructed. After receiving my credit card bill I called Video Professor and asked for and explanation which I was told because I did not return lesson 2 and 3 within 10 days that I am liable for $ 189.95. I told the credit department that I told the person when I first ordered the free lesson that I only want the free lesson and nothing else and I would only be charged $ 6.95 for the shipping and handling.
I am requesting your agencies assistance in recovering the $ 189.95 charged to my credit card that I did not authorize. I shipped the lessons back and requested a return signature for verification.
