Complaints:
#1. A different DVD (on guitar styles by Queen, rather than "Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar") was sent to me on 05/12/10.
#2. The order number on the package received was Order #15129 rather than #1306
#3. The order number on the enclosed invoice was #15129A rather than #1306
#4. The DVD was sent to me here in Sointula and not to the requested address in Abbotsford
#5. My on-site (of Video Progressions) message of complaint was not acknowledged.
#6. The incorrect DVD arrived here AFTER the time allowed for returning for refund or replacement.
#7. My credit card was charged.

This order was a very special gift and it was ONLY this specific DVD---and NO OTHER---that was of interest to the person.
