This is the worst customer service that I have faced without actually the product being installed
I have bought the TV on 10 th May and registered the product in the website which is mandatory for the product to be installed. Once I scheduled the installation through website as per Customer Care suggestions, since then these people are just taking me in circles without providind solution of when teh product would be installed. Its already 20 days I brought the product without being installed. The only response for the 15 times I called them is the case is escalated and no action is being taken. There is no response from the Videocon engineers at all. This is the worst Customer Service that I have faced without actually the product being isntalled. Please acknowledge this issue by this forum.

Nothing, but problems
Mr Muhmad Munaf repaired my LCD TV saying that he has retained only the main frame and the entire TV Set inside is new. This was in 2009, Feb. After that, in Dec 2009, the said LCD TV has started again to give problems. The TV is not at all audible. What is Videocon doing. I paid Rs 36000/- for the said TV set.

Till date my problem has not been solve satisfactorily
I bought a videocon tv from a local dealer on 14/8/09.from day 1 i had problem with its speakers and there is a yellow patch on the screen. logged a complaint on 17/8/09 but till date my problem has not been solve satisfactorily. i have personally visited n called many times the service center but to no avail. please do the needful as i am now mentally depressed with them.

Screen of the tv is black and the picture is not coming
This is with reference to my complaint no.DEL0708090127 lodged on 7th august 2009, i was told to attend the complaint within 24 hours.despite of repeated calls made by me nobody is bothered to attend the complaint yet. COMPLAINT DETAIL- screen of the tv is black and the picture is not coming, sound can be heared only after some time if leave the tv on, and as we change the channel, the sound is gone for some time.

Nothing, but problems
We have purchased this TV set last year. So far it has given the problem thrice. Suddenly, TV switches off. I have been talking to the people. They had come and repaired, once again the same problem, they have taken 4 days time to get this resolved. When i check with them, they say IC is not available. It will be done tomorrow. This word of tomorrow never ends. I request the concerned department/persons to look into this issue.

If we cant have its parts available in the market then why are they making such models
I have a Videocon 29 " colour TV which i bought nearly 5 years ago. Suddenly it is having some problems and because of that the picture on the tv screen gets distorted after 1 hour . I have spoken to technicians from videocon service center and they are unable to repair it as they say that the parts needed to fix the problem are not available in market as it a 5 year old tv. I dont agree with such comments as after investing so much on a tv, if we cant have its parts available in the market then why are they making such models.
I need some assistance on this issue as the problem is not getting fixed and i have to go for a new tv (definitely not VIDEOCON) inspite of already having one.

I have made many no of calls to these people but always get a new commitment
I have purchased mentioned LCD TV from Next outlet at Galaxi Sahibabad with the commitment that it will be installed at my home within 24 to 48 hours but it is still pending though i have made many no of calls to these people but always get a new commitment.

Stay away from them
The television has gone dead.Service man came on 05/04/2008 to check what has happened and suggested that a component is required to get the television up and running.It was told to us that he will come on Wednday i.e, 16/04/2008 but, till date no one has turned up. If we go to the shop whihc sold the television they do not respond properly.

When approached, nobody gives a solution, complaints escalation system not known
Struggling to get the washing machine repaired for the last 6 months. Company engineers visit, charge the service charges, changed parts but the machine is not working. Recently Charged about 2000/- after changing the parts but machine is non-functional. When approached, nobody gives a solution, complaints escalation system not known. Probably that is the reason why consumers get the machines repaired through outside engineers.
