I have bought one window a/c from Next retail shop this month. It was put to use only yesterday.

Compressor of AC is making hell of alot noise. I am trying to complain to NEXT Lajpat Nagar but no one picking up phone even the salemen Dharmpal who sold the A/C is not picking up his mobile phone.

For past 3 weeks I am following with him for replacment of normal remote with digital remote which is a part of regular kit was picked up the person who came to deliver the A/C.

With such attitude I do not know if NEXT has opened this chain with an early closure in mind.

Is anyone listening?
