The service of Videocon is very poor.. There is no range at my home. Whenever I complain company for unnecessary detection of balance, unnecessary subscription of cricket services without my permission without solving my problem they asked its your mistake.They are giving excuse every time and not doing there job, they are purely unprofessional and untrained. The database of company updated after one week due to this there is no provision for customer to know details about their recharges. Customer care staff poorly co-ordinate with their customers. The scheme which are written are not provided exactly, they write that you have local free messages, but when i send any message, my money get detected. I suggest to everybody that not to take service from Videocon ( Mobile services) and take strong action against them.
