It is a great harassment
1. Outside unit out of order when delivered. It was changed in 8 days.
2. Swing motor out of order. Problem could not be identified. On 29th April 2010 it was replaced after paying Rs.450/- and making innumerable calls.
3. Now display unit NOT WORKING with the REMOTE.
When call are made there is much delay in attending the problem. After that the problem is not properly identified. It is a great harassment.

The drier of the aforesaid washing machine is not functioning since a long. The shop from whom I had purchased the machine is closed, hence I could not contact anybody from the company. I had already posted the warranty cards to the respective addresses immediately on purchase of machine, Please direct your technician to inspect and repair the machine.

Till date the machine is not repaired
I contacted the videocon customer service department to get a minor defect fixed in my wahing machine and the service engineer came to my place.. asked for a knife and cut the base of the tub of the automatic machine. He then informed that they dont have this tub available and can get us a second hand tub for us to which we did not agree.He told us that the company vehicle would come to pick it up and then no response. We again launched a complain to which they sent another guy and adviced us that the first person was a fraud. The other guy barely looked at the machine saw the damge and told us he will talk to the supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor who refused to believe me made stories that they have not sent any other guy and later admitted that first agent who had done the damage was also from their service center. Till date the machine is not repaired, they dont pick my calls and my machine which otherwise was in working condition has not been repaired.

Avoid buying Videocon products
I was using fully automatic WM since 20 years. There after I purchase a new machine from music center Surat on 23/1/08, but it did not work satisfactorily and hence I started giving the complaint to your SURAT people how are looking after service . At last the above machine was returned during February 2009. As I was using the above machine since many years, I have decided to purchase the above machine having capacity of 7 to 8 KG. I am making inquiry before your SURAT staff as to when the WM of above capacity will be available it is a matter of great regret that nobody here in SURAT knows regarding the availability of the WM with above capacity.

My advice to all is, don't buy Videocon products
On second April 2008, I first complained about the water leakage to the local customer service at Trivandrum. I was given a tracking number 020409014. Nobody was picking the phone till 7th. Till 7th nobody attended and on 7th I called the toll free customer support and I was informed that the number is not in my name and I was given a new complaint number COC0704090023.
Today is 13th. I am still waiting. Now I am thinking of proceeding with legal action. Everyday I call up the toll free number and the guy there says he is helpless and what he can do is send a remind mail. He gave me the number of one Pradeep at Cochin, 04842312596 and I am calling this guy for last many days and he never picks up the phone.

Awful customer treatment
We had purchased 10 no of fridges from M/S Shree Mahavir Electricals, Mira Road, Dist Thane Last year. I had made a complaint to the customer care no and was given a complaint no.7AF000810100147 after that I waited for 2 weeks and didnt receive any response from the company as I was told will get a response within 2 days. then I called my dealer from whom we have purchased M/S Mahavir Electricals, Kashimira, mira Road regarding thew same so he gave me the no of a service manager. when i called the service manager Mr.Naik he asked me to call another Mr. Shailesh Choudhary on 932473296 who was incharge of vasai division. When i called him he sent a servicde person to our place who diagnosed that there is some problem with the compressor and which has to be replaced. we asked him to goahead as it was under warranty. But after that we never received any response from him. I was personally trying to cantact him but always the same reply " Do din Mein Aaega". This continued for nearly two months, when one day after I called he told me that teh complaint has become old and I have to lodge a new complaint and get a new complaint no. and give me a call back. I again lodged a complaint for the same model to the customer care and got another complaint no. MUM0501090658 and forwarded the same to him.
Now since 4 - 5 months months I have been continuously trying him but am getting the same reply as mentioned above. Today i.e. 19/03/2009 when I called him he started abusing me and when when I fired him he told him that he has already closed the complaint and I have to lodge a new complaint and get back to him.

videocon refregrator model number 16 1pp changing of cooling door and frame i have complain so many times with west bengal customercare on mobile and visit also a registred authroised dealer who was in kharagpur in malancha i have oderd on 29/04/10 in that time i have never recived items kindly do something in urgency.

The product had fault on the day of purchasing
I have purchased a washing machine on 27/10/2008 from Gopi sales, Mehsana. The product had fault on the day of purchasing. The demostrater had told us that a drainage pipe is broken i will replace it in two days... but the fault go on for four months till today, the problem is not solved by dealer / service center.
I have complained so many times to dealer.. but they did not heard.. Over 100 calls made by myself to them..

My new washing machine is lying non-functional for nearly last two months and no one has any solution
I purchased a fully automatic videocon washing machine from Next store Lajpat Nagar in April 2008. The water outlet motor of my washing machine got damaged around 1st of January 2009 due to some reason and it can be replaced as it is covered under one year warranty. I complained about it and an engineer from the Videocon's service centre made a visit and he took away the motor with him for replacement. He assured me of returning within 3 to 4 days with the motor as it was not readily available with the service centre and it was to be procured from Aurangabad. Since then I have enquired nearly 20 times about the motor with that service centre. Every time when I call they tell me to lodge a fresh complaint and when I do so, an engineer visits me just to tell me that the motor has not come from Aurangabad and his duty is over because his call is considered as closed. I have asked the company how many days does it take for a product to reach Delhi from Aurangabad but they don’t have any answer. My new washing machine is lying non-functional for nearly last two months and no one has any solution.

I called many times to company personnel, but no any positive action taken by them
I have bought a videocon refrigerator. The product is still under warranty period. The compressor get damage.I register a complain vide DEL30112080784. Till date, compressor not changed. I called many times to company personnel, but no any positive action taken by them.
