Stay far away from them
There was a defect on the ic & transformer...we had called a specialist, he told it would take a week but brought it back the next day and said tat it was alright...he told tat he had changed the ic but we find its a little different...the blue/black colour option has changed to some other color..n some more defects...

Stay far away from Videocon
I already book the complaint in the last month. one man came from the customer service and he see the washing machine and told us to come on the next day. Till he didnt turn up. I asked him thr mobile he send contact other person. I asked him give the other number he didnt give. I dont know how poor service u people are giving. This machine i got from bombay and i am having the service contract there. They are giving good service also. But i am in hyderabad and i am getting poor service here.

The customer service is very poor for a international company like this
This complaint is with reference to the videocon 29" CTV. it has a color patch on the left top corner. This was brought to the notice of the manager of the showroom and also a complaint was lodged to the service centre. The tech from the service centre came to our place and did a color caliberation. later again the same issue persisted also it worsened. The second time again complaint was lodged and the tech saw and said that the TV needs a replacement as there was some problem with the picture tube. This was informed to the manager of the showroom. Its already 10 days since this and there has been no response till now. Everyday since then v r approaching the showroom for the same reason. The customer service is very poor for a international company like this...

My videocon internet connection is not working proper so I call the videocon customer care and register a complain (complain no : 7540274) on 9/7/10, and many more time a call customer care but i don't get any co-operate from videocon. so Please help me.

We have problem in washing machine that when inlet water is on even in outlet water goes out, we have complained to local authorised person 3 days, before, but no response, from them we have logged a call in the name of N.Krishnanand, kindly do the needful in this regard.

From the first day of purchasing i got problem in cooling thermostat and ice tray
I bought a refrigerator of videocon company (165 l) from next retail shop in noida on 1st may 2007. From the first day of purchasing i got problem in cooling thermostat and ice tray. I complaint five tijmes after that they came and just change the ice tray. Now after only 4 months my compressor is fully damaged and its around four days of complaint they r not coming to change. I want to replace my refrigerotor.

No response from Videocon despite numerous attempts
I bought a Daewoo Fridge and it has stopped working since 03 Sept 07. I was told that Videocon has taken over the Indian set-up of Daewoo Refrigerators. However there has been no response from Videocon despite numerous attempts... I have tried calling their representative for NOIDA but the person has not been answering his phone at all...

The response from service center is pathetic
My CTV is under warranty. It is not working for the last one week. Inspite of my repeated complaints, no body is giving an ear to it at the service center [Gurgaon, Haryana, India]. I used to call them 2 -3 times daily, but only assurance is given, no body actually comes to attend it.
Its really a shame for such a brand to have pathetic after sales service. The reponse from service center is pathetic. No body ever bothers to hear, what the customer wants to tell.

Stay away from Videocon
We have shifted our residence from Mayur Vihar to Dwaraka in last Feb 07 and reinstalled the same. The ACs are not functioning. There seems to be gas leakage or gas completely leaked out.
In Dwaraka I could not find any Videocons authorised service centres so that we can get it repaired. The Dealer from Mayur Vihar is reluctant to come to Dwara.
