No one bothers if a consumer looses his money. I will never buy a product of videocon or suggest it. The worst of all is no one knows where is videocon complaint cell. Im not worried but I want to spit on the face of manufacturers for cheating consumers.

We bought a lot of electronic products of videocon like TV, VCR. AND FRIDZE but service atleast at lucknow centre is very poor. we requested in the morning complaint no 13063 as our fridze not cooling the stuff inside, in the hot summer day.ON 3 rd call she told me that her engineers would call by the evening but nobody turned up. I also phoned up their call ctre, who atleast was polite to talk. But the receptionist lady Called ANJU said that nothing can be done before next day 2pm to 6 pm. same problem occured with this fridze few years ago and also it had taken a lot of tme to repair.

We have a VCR of same co which she told to bring to her service centre, when it was taken over their she said abruptly that VCR are obselete and no repair is being done this fact she could have told on telephone itself.

it was the biggest mistake of my life to purchase a TV set from videocon, the worst example of customer service in todays razor sharp competetive electronics market, its a complete nightmare the way the complaints are handled, its been almost a week and a half that i have been following a complaint on my TV set with the remote not working, but like monsoons i am still hopeful someday my TV would work again.
I tried calling customer care but oh my god the attitude is appauling..anyways to cust a long story short people stay away from videocon..its the worst company ever..

I Mrs Komal Lakhani a regular consumer of videocon products is really very very dissatisfied with my current purchase of videocon refrigerator which is nothing less than a scrap product sent to us by the company.It has really caused lot of chaos in the daily chores and is of no use . This is the fourth complaint logged by us in last 6 months but all in vain.I as a consumer is extremely dissatisfied with your product.It is just acting pathetically. I also cant understand what is the use of a refrigerator without its cooling?
I am really loosing my cool now by using such kind of a product and also i am not yielding any positive service results out of my investment.
I request you to please examine the product or please replace it if possible.
I would expect a positive outcome from the company's side as soon as possible.

Never go for a Videocon product. I purchased a Videoco LCD. Within 14 months I launched 10 complains. Got my set replaced once. But still the complain is not sorted out. Now I have approched the Concumer Form. Videocon Produces the wrost quality product & their Officials are really irretating.
