I have purchased Videocone Referigetor in the year 2002 but I am sorry to say that its body has got damaged after one year only. It gets cracked in side the body. I have given the complaint to the Videocone Plaza, the shop from where I have purchased the Referigerator. They gave the complaint to the Videocone Service Centre and their Engineer came to my house and told that We have no guarantee for the cracks in the body. I am sorry to say that such an irresponsible reply was not expected from the engineer of so reputed firm. I have bought it for Rs.13,000/- and it is not possible for anyone to spend such a huge amount after a period of 5-6 years. It is requested that please give me a solution for my complaint. What should I do to keep it intact because there is no other problem in the referigerator and I cannot throw it or sell it on throw away prices. Please help me for the same and oblige.
