Virgin Media have been nothing but trouble and stress. I am disgusted in there unfriendly services that have poor attitudes when I am only trying to sort out a matter in relation to a incorrect bill Est. They constantly harasses me knowing that they have been told of their error’s.
I have documents that prove that my bill has different price billing and being charged for 0117 numbers when I have talk unlimited. However I have received a phone call from virgin media today at 17:22 regarding my online complaint to virgin media. However my daughter had spoken on my behalf and the person that she spoke to confirmed that I paid in December and then change the date to October when my daughter had asked him a question. My bank statements confirms that a payment was made on the first of December . My daughter did not feel that this person was listening to her and not trying to resolve matters but in fact had made conflict and excusing their poor services. I could hear him being very difficult with my daughter by talking over her
However they are still charging me for there service when I don’t receive, IN or OUT coming calls due to them disconnecting my services. The adviser’s and managers have been aware of this issue but keep excusing there incorrect information and errors by being argumentative and rude most of the time.
However to their confusion they have passed me over to Moorcroft debt collators but still charging me for their services, that I know longer receive. The advisers have been made aware that this issue’s are having an impact on myself and my daughters health but still continue to receive a bad service from virgin media that is over charging me.
Virgin Media have bullied harassed and provided nothing but a poor and unfriendly service.
The hassle has made me and my daughter who has spoken on my behalf very frustrated and upset .
Virgin media have been charging me mobiles when I had a call barring activated on my services but still added mobiles to my price list.
Virgin Media have abused my trust to why an outstanding bill and they have told me I have three different accounts and passwords that have added to my suspicion. Virgin media have been made aware that I have a recording of this conversation between my daughter and one of the advisers but appears that they dont whant to know. I know that virgin media record this conversation for training purposes anyways, but havent investigated this as far as i am aware.
However one last thing, my daughter has had my permission to talk with virgin media but virgin media haven’t had my permission at all times for them to discuses my personal details over the phone to my daughter, who could be anybody, which appears that virgin Media have broken my confidentality
I Must stress I don’t have a camera to download but I don’t mind copying my documents and my bank statement if required
