The above referenced POD has been booked on November 28, 2007 at Khammam, with destination as Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. Till this date (December 11, 2007) the same has not been delivered. Where as normal TAT for delivery for other courier services is only 2 days. Since one week I am rigoursily following it up with the local offices, they are not able trace the documents, more over they are not responding properly to the complaint.

Hence request you to look into matter and do the needful asap.
