Vijay Stationary and xerox has charged me INR 5 for a Parle G biscuit packet which has an MRP of INR 4. On asking why he was charging me Re. 1 extra, he said that we charge this amount, incase you want to buy it you can, or else you can go. When I asked him for a reciept of the same, he completely refused.
