Have you ever faced the pathetic service of Vijaya Diagnostic Services, Hyd? I have faced, not just once, but it has been thrice by now in last 1 month time. I have been their customer since last 15 years, However now i see that i need to re-look at my choice. Reasons for me to be dissatisfied
1. It starts with the reception staff which is very rude and non-customer friendly. Main intentions of treating customers badly comes out of the way they handle it.
2. If one has to complain about this, there is nobody, in charge speaks to the staff only on phone when demanded for a supervisor but doesn't speak to the customers here.
3. Reception staff, do not say lie BUT they do hide the TRUTH about the charges. Ex: of today. We have been calling the diagnostic center for last 2 days to confirm the Charges and when we go for the test today, we showed our concession document from the price, then the lady says its already considered for the concession and no concession here on. Our Question was straight - When we ask for price whats the price you will say and if we have facility to avail concession we should have been informed what the actual pricing is and then go for. But the lady at the desk never listens and moreover, makes our life miserable by yelling and shouting and do not allowing to speak. This is the 3rd time in last month that we are facing such issues.
4. There is no proper communication from the diagnostic center.
Medical Industry is not just a business. Its a service to all. These diagnostic centers/clinics/nursing homes cannot treat customers/patients in the way they like. For a fact that you get many people around is not an excuse to behave in this way. I would reiterate to one and all. Kindly get together and revolt against such acts. "Customer is a King" should not be just written and hanging on wall. it should be made felt to these kind of institution.
Information: The Center in discussion is the Dilsukhnagar Center. Not sure how the service is at other centers.
