harrasment
i have been receiving calls from viking magazine all day long... they even call my work... they are constantly calling about a magazine renewal that i agreed to which IS A LIE and they want to charge me $64.00 dollars a month... ridiculous!!! then one "representative" called and said that there was a complaint from their representative that i was rude and i said no they called my cell being very unprofesional and rude... then yesterday i get a call from them asking me that if i think they should fire the rep that was rude to me!!! crazyyyyy!!!i said leave me alone... they wouldnt leave me alone and the guy kept on telling me that if i didnt keep my so called order that he was going to have to fire the "mean rep" so then he tried to bargain with me telling me that he would only charge me $29.00 dollars a month and if i didnt take it that he was going to fire his rep that had a family and that it was going to be my fault... finaly i told him that i didnt really care if he got fired and he said "have a nice day goodbye" I hope that's the last time i hear from them!!! I'm wondering if there is something i can do because i've been embarrased at my work by this calls 24-7 and i thing that something should be done regardign this matter!!! this are the phone numbers that they called from...952-852-6705

Hanging up when I answer
I have received 12 calls from this company and every time I answer the phone they hang up on me. They call at all different times of the day, they even call after 6 P. M. Central Time. I have asked to be put on the do not call list 3 times and they are still calling me and I just got a new phone number Tuesday and I had 4 calls that day 2 hours after my phone was connected.

PHONE CALLS
I JUST RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM VIKING. THEY WANT ME TO GO TO WALMART AND GET A RECHARGABLE CREDIT CARD FOR 3 BUCKS JUST TO HAVE IT ON FILE. I'M SORRY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO. THEN THEY START SCREAMING AT ME FOR NO REASON. OK. ITS ONE OF THOSE YOU SCREAM, I SCREAM SCENARIOS. I AM SO SICK OF THEM. I THINK I'LL CHANGE MY NUMBER AGAIN. SEE IF THEY LIKE THAT.

cancellation
this is the second complaint i have written about this company. they try to say i didn't cancel before the deadline when i knew i did. i got a different debit card so they couldn't rob me anymore. they called my work and boyfriend saying that they made a mistake and owed me money. when i called them back they stated that i still owed them money and that my account is delinquent. F that! this is such a SCAM!!! they only try to get money out of you!!! for anyone and everyone who thinks about getting in business with this company..DO NOT!! it will only cause you stress time and money. it is not worth it. now i have to pay a few grand in attorneys because they are being assholes. but i guarantee when everything is all said and done it will be worth it. i hope this helps.

No cancellation whatsoever!
There's no way to get out of this. The service sucks. they even sent me half naked women magazines, I'm not a lesbian please!!! They told me they're extras at no cost...?Bull for $60 a month they are, fishing magazines; what the heck, I'm no old man or weirdo either, and the actual magazines I received are actually have not come yet. I got lay-off thanks to absolute stupid people who can't handle their expensenses neither, but the goverment will close them eventually. Believe me they can be sued, but since I'm stuck with this magazines the best thing is to call them and change your selection every other month, since they're always late you'll receive double selection for what your paying them for so if I'm already stuck with them and they'll be stuck with my constant change of order. I will not be losing is them because they already payed the other companies get it! By the end of year I'll move to another state, and leave my accounts under my husband's name and since changing my name and putting a warning of identity theft with the IRS protects you, they will not find me and they have nothing on paper and everything is erased after 15 years, so no worries.

phone calls
they cant take no for an answer say your not interested in their magazines and they continue to call you demand to speak to a supervisor they say no i make them anothe anal hole and then they hang up so since they continue to call i call them too and tie up their lines

won't let me cancel and want me to pay
I called viking magazine before the first month was out to cancel my usage of having the magazine. I was told that if I called before the 2nd month that I would be allow to cancel. I spoke on the phone with someone and she was trying to convince me to keep the magazines when I told her I didn't want it. Now there are the collection agency calling me for 300.oo that I do not owe. i was told by the collection agency that I had to cancel the magazines in a 72 hour but I do not remeber them telling me that, all I remember was what I stated before. I'm 25 years old with a child, really need someone to help me resolve this issue because I don't have this kind of money to give freely, when I have ask not to further involve with this magazine company from the beginning. I have collection agencies call me at home and on my job, where I could loose it and that's just not fair because its not my fault. please please help me, thanking you in advance
