We had booked a tour with this travel aganecy . We were told that there were no people yet for this tour, and hence the tour is not confirmed . They however took an Advance amount and ensured that the they will inform if us if the tour gets confirmed . We called them 3-4 times and they said there will still no people and they would call if the tour is confirmed . We finally decided otherwise instead of waiting forever and when we finally approached the travel office and ask for refund of the advance they say tour is confirmed !! When we reminded them that they said they will infrom us about confirming they convineintly change the story inorder to avoind paying the advance . The travel agents were extremely rude tour polite converstion . Even calls made by us were answered in a very uncivilised manner by Shivanand . He just keeps yelling without listening to what we say . Im exptremly unhappy with such horrid customer service n open fraud!!
