	Village-Properties May 15, 2010 Won't refund deposit It is in my opinion that you should NOT rent any house, condo or apartment from this company. They will not refund your whole deposit back if you move out. They will lie and say they never received your 30 day move out notice. In my opinion I would NEVER rent anything from this company. They are liars and cheaters.
