I ordered a sample of this product 8/4. After a number of phone calls to my back about attempted charges that evening I called 8/5 and cancelled the order. I received a cancellation email.
On 8-20 they charged my credit card 69.00. I have had to cancel the credit card and Vioderm refuses to refund the money. These people are complete crooks!

I ORDERED A 14 DAY TRIAL ORDER OF VIODERM.. THEY CHARGED MY VISA AND NEVER SENT ME THE VIODERM PRODUCT... BUT WANNA SEND A BILL FOR $79.99 I HAVE TO PAY BEFORE I CAN GET THE PRODUCT...AND WHO SAYS I'LL EVEN LIKE THE VIODERM... AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH... WHAT A SCAMMING BUSSINES THIS IS... I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!!!

My credit card was charged $59.99...never ordered this product and never received it.

i agreed to four trial products one of them being vioderm, i sent three of them back again one of them being vioderm before the 30 days and that was the end of the story i thought until i get a letter from a collection agency stating vioderm attemted to reach me numerous times with no luck and apperently they never received the product back.but they never called any of my three tel. numbers, emailed, faxed or just plain mail me a letter.So, i call all the other companies and they received the other products just fine. so i called back vioderm and tell me the first dumb thing i did was not get tracking numbers and receipts.and might i add they waited eight months to do any of this. i would like to know if anybody else has gone through anything like this before and if so please email @[email protected].
