Dear ones….

Of course, I have become well-aware of what has been perpetuating here on this open forum. I feel that it is time that I come forth to set things straight and address these highly-charged, emotional concerns. People have always been free to contact me personally regarding any matters and I do wish to address any and all concerns.

I find it quite difficult to believe that very happy clients, loving and adoring their own IrishJack Russells have succumbed to the false allegations claimed by a clearly disgruntled, unstable, former employee. ALL of you know that Keith Butler sang my praises up until the day I finally refused to comply with his unreasonable demands of me. This young man, whom I have treated like the son I never had, has turned against me in anger and hatred, NOT, as he proclaims, to ‘save’ you all from Susan Sarao. If what he says to you is true, then he himself lied to YOU for the 5 years he has been with IrishJacks. I have NEVER lied to anyone and that is a fact…

Of course, our puppies DO NOT come from Irish puppy mills. It took my partner and I all of 2 entire weeks 10 years ago to scour the country in search of the perfect puppy that we had hoped to bring home to the states. I was the one who came from the experienced animal background between my dogs and my horses and I was the one who set the standards for selecting the right dog. Once we finally did find the best breeder in the land we brought home our pup and he was so adored we went back to Ireland to bring home another for a friend. IrishJacks happened because people kept wanting ‘dogs like ours’ not because we decided to make a business of it- that unfolded on its own. Needless to say, it became a situation that required my full-time attention, so, I closed my other business over time and dedicated ALL my time and efforts to my pups and my clients.

I will continue to say that our puppies are the most extraordinary creatures on God’s green earth and no one will ever convince me or my clients differently. Keith, himself, has 4 of the most amazing dogs I have ever known and, the truth is, I miss them… I am not looking to perpetuate a he said/she said situation, however, I will, indeed, answer any specific questions that anyone may have. I have worked extremely hard to take care of my puppies & dogs, my clients, my employees, my friends & loved ones to the absolute best of my ability. I am not without human frailty but, I know I have done a good job. I can honestly say that for every one person here that has some form of complaint, I have hundreds that have thanked me up and down for providing them with the greatest little four-legged love-of-their-life!

I have always been proud of what I do and I will continue to do the best job in bringing the best pups to the best people on earth! And, for those who choose to feed into a scenario that comes from absolutely NO form of love whatsoever, but, one of anger, hatred and revenge, well, all I can say is God bless you and I do hope that you are able to find peace.
