I bought my irish jack russell terrier from Susan Serao at Violet Meadow Farm and have had to deal with many health issues since bringing him home. He came to me with Kennel cough, soon needed surgery to fix his leg (patella), has severe allergies and has chronic anxiety problems. Though I LOVE my dog and he gets the best care these problems have cost me thousands of dollars and he's only 4!! I PAYED TOP DOLLAR AND WAS RIPPED OFF BIG TIME!!! Upon contacting Susan several times her 1 response was to send me a recipe for a natural dog food!! I found her place to have MANY puppies ranging from weeks to 6 months in age and wonder how they can ALL be cared for properly. I have met others who bought dogs from her and they all seemed to have problems of some sort... I also know of a puppy who was found to have hernias after purchase from Susan and she was unresponsive, unavailable and downright NASTY in dealing with the problem and ultimate return of the puppy. The puppy was for sale again the next day with no mention of hernias... These can't be well bred puppies and they are way over-priced!!!
