I was charged for my viper car starter to be taken out when they told me upon installation that there is a lifetime warranty on the product, (especially to pull it out). Well, when the car starter went bad, they blamed it on a 2004 crossfire with 50, 000 miles. Needless to say, Firestone looked at it and found that the problem was gone as soon as they CHARGED me to take out the system. I have already put the dispute in my Bank's hands to let them figure it out.
More importantly, today there was another $100.00 charge to a card that I last saw there and was canceled. I called them and they said that they thought it was a dead card so they swiped it to shoe a customer how to do something. Well, the BBB and whoever else will know about this. Lastly, my bank made a simple error as the card wasn't supposed to work because I left it there and canceled it. The $53.00 charge is up for dispute with B Of A and if it comes down to trust, they haven't got any. Why didn't they cut the card up when I called and they had said they would. A month later, they swiped the card thinking it wasn't good ?????? The$ 53.00 was a deposit or they wouldn't take the starter out. I was ready to call the police. They said if it ended up being the starter(which it was) then it was a $50.00 deposit plus tax. Anyway, they are NOT a trustworthy company. Of course when I asked for the monry back they said, NO and pretended like I paid for the uninstall.
