phone service
i got a phone it didnt work i called them they said send in your one and well send you another one for free but i didnt get another phone then ive got the bill $1700 did even use it and i get a big bill.
ever since then they ring and ring about every 20 - 30 times a day and night im getting sick of this.
i am hoping you can help me out or im going to the news.

Fraud sales department n poor customer service
it happend with me n my friends, they even offerd me n my friends a handset n a laptop or lcd's, but we havn't recieved anything, i called the customer service n said i wanna cancel it, they said they will arrange a call back from cancellation department but it's been 20 days ..no call, now today i'm calling viptel customer-service since morning.. they transefer my call to cancelation department but it got disconnected everytime, now when i called them again they said we'll arrange a callback in 24 hrs i said i don't want anycall back from you guyz after 6 hours, suddenlly they called me in 30 min. n a gal from cancelation department said i'll put ur cancellation request in process... i was like WTF**, in process ?? you are from cancellation department lady so cancel it forget abt the request, she said i owe them nearabt $20, coz i didn't give them call within 14 days, where i already made them a call within 10 days about cencelation, so i asked her to check her facts right. after--- heaps of calls-increasing my landline bill n a.. big conversation, she said it's been done but you have to return our package. n we will investigate everything. really cheap company with heaps of apologies but nothing. thats why nobody heard of this company accept those guyz who has been thuged by viptel.
don't you think we should do something about it ??

baring of service
services being barred twice second time only days aftersorting it out first time .taking serveral phone calls always being told they would call me back and didnt finaly aftera week of this i was told itwas due to my bill being 6 dollars over cap due to late fees from previous bill and i would have to pay this amount before the due date or they cant lift the bar even though i havnt been able to use the services they are saying i have to pay for .however i did agree to this was placed on hold and they ended the call without giving me a result.i have now been without services for 2 weeks .

I want to let people know that this so call Australian company are rude and do not stop calling you demanding phone numbers of friends and family so they can call them and harass them aswell . Steer clear of this company they are bad news ...

viptel wat a scam they connect you send you a phone once phone arrives the sim is never activated but they still direct debit from your account monthly claiming that you are using it you then return the phone and sim back and they still constantly ringing demanding money also doing extra direct debits for different ammounts just cause they feel like it

i signed up with viptel for a phone on a 49 dollar plan i paid one month in advance when i reach my cap they turned off my phone now they have took out $285 dollar out off my bank now i am in debit wont be able to pay my rent because they nhave took the money and my phone is still not working

For past two bills i have been charged for two extra phone numbers that dont own, I phoned viptel and was told after lengthy conversations that the two extra numbers 0432705414 and 0434795934 of which i have been paying for was "as we speak" being disconnected i was told i had been credited back all monies i had paid for the extra numbers and deepest apologies current amount owing $119.oo I just received a txt bill stating that i still owe for the extra two numbers as well as my cap contract of $119.00 bill is now $170.01. I have had numerous problems with this company from day one, for first 6 months at least every month they would send a bill and disconnect the service till you paid but they would cut it before due date and take over a week to reconnect after payment received i have a direct credit set up on this account and they withdraw billed amount on a pre determined day automatically so they always got their money every month without fail so effectively what it would mean is for every monthly billing cycle i would not have use of my phone at all for two weeks as it was disconnected. I had every month rang and spend hours on phone trying to sort problem i have on many occasions asked to cancel my plan with them as i felt they were Dodgy . Their customer service is Terrible as employees do not know the products, their is a language barrier, and phone system very rarely works so contacting them is impossible, their is not sufficient complaint resolution process.

i had a call from a guy workin 4thiscompany and as much as i said i didnt want a phone or anythn he pushd n pushd.. he told me that he wont send a phone but he will send a laptop.. 4free.. so i askd him again.. so u will giv me a free laptop n i will neva hav 2pay anythin 2the company n he said no.. but then asked 4my personal details like a medicare no. lisence no. or somethin.. wen i said i hav photo id 2prove who i am.. he said no i need a number so wen i receive the laptop i can prove its me.. WAT A LOAD OF BS!!! i hav jus received a new phone from optus n all i needed was photo id 2prove it was me.. he kept askn for otha peoples numbas n i said i had none etc n he kept sayn ill call back.. ill call back.. RUDE PUSHY ASSOLES!!! i dont want anythin from them n if they send me somethin ill b PISSD!!!

high bill
im on a cap plan which has certain credit but they keep sending and taking out big amounts of money from me 4 no reason. it was promotion 2 get phone cap laptop or tv. and discount card but still i havent got them
