I flew Virgin America for the 1st time. It was a direct flight, and they've misplaced my bag. When I filed the report with Jasmine, she acted like it was no big deal. I've been calling for 3 days now, and they cannot find it. I have called several times a day to check on the status. There seems to be no one working there until 3, and then when I leave messages, no one calls me back. Marilyn who is in their office was the rudest one of all. My advice-stay away from Virgin America.

Virgin America does not tell you that if you miss your flight that you forfeit your entire fare. This is not listed in their fare rules when you purchase the ticket and you have to do some digging through the website to find it under their Help Section. BE CAREFUL WHEN FLYING THEM!!!
